   Compared to last week:  Feeder steers and heifers were mostly steady.  
Slaughter cows sold 1.00-3.00 higher.  Slaughter bulls were 2.00 higher.
   Supply included 232 feeder calves; 40 feeder yearlings; 20 replacement cows; 
31 slaughter cows; 11 slaughter bulls.  Feeder supply consisted of about 35 
percent English breed and English crosses; 30 percent Exotic breed and Exotic 
crosses; 35 percent Brahma and Brahma crosses; and 0 percent Holsteins and other 
dairy breeds.  Feeder supply about 60 percent steers and bulls with 40 percent 
heifers.  Prices follow with weighted average price in parenthesis.

Cattle Receipts:  879           Last week: 884              Last year: 790

   Compared to last week: Feeder steers were unevenly steady except 300-350 lbs 
were 10.00 higher.  Feeder heifers under 500 lbs steady, over 500 lbs steady to 
3.00 higher. Slaughter cows and bulls 2.00-3.00 higher.
   Supply included 553 feeder calves; 220 yearlings; 10 replacement cows; 80 
slaughter cows; 16 slaughter bulls. Feeder supply consisted of 40 percent 
English and English crosses; 38 percent Exotic and Exotic crosses; 22 percent 
Brahman and Brahman crosses.  Feeder supply included 65 percent steers and 
bulls; 35 percent heifers.  Prices follow with weighted average price in 
parenthesis.
